Michelle Kim

Michelle holds a Master of Teaching in Secondary Education (Korean Language and TESOL) from the University of Sydney.

As a teacher and lifelong learner, Michelle strives to develop various teaching and learning strategies for teaching Korean in various classroom settings. Jaclyn is a consultant specialising in open innovation and participatory design, with more than 20 years of experience across diverse sectors. She has designed and delivered cutting-edge projects for large multinational organisations, as well as start-ups and emerging not-for-profit organisations.

What sets Jaclyn apart is her proven ability to bring creativity and agility to projects, foster collaborative partnerships, and unite diverse teams to tackle complex challenges. Highlights of her work include co-creating innovative mobility services for citizens in Detroit; using financial innovation to address sustainable development goals; creating future-focused strategies to engage customers and stakeholders in long-term planning; and helping start-ups conceptualise and communicate compelling value propositions.

She is an experienced facilitator and delivers programs for clients in the private and education sectors in the areas of innovation, design thinking, social marketing, consumer behaviour and creative advertising development.

Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Professional Writing and Communication from the University of South Australia; a Master of Business Administration (MBA); and a Master of Communication for Social Change from the University of Queensland (UQ). She also holds a Certificate IV in Public Participation from the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2). Jaclyn is a member of the UQ Bachelor of Design Industry Advisory Group and has been a guest lecturer and mentor for the UQ MBA Program.

Andrew Kozyra

Andrew is an experienced HSC marker, Teacher, and Lecturer. He has also been a member of High School executives, has served on College Board of Management sub-committees, has practiced as the Head of Operations and the Head of Careers Education, and worked in business management outside of the education sector. He has been teaching Economics and Business Studies for more than 15 years. The organisations that Andrew has worked for include Moriah College, Ascham School, Sydney Grammar, Queenwood School, and Australian Business Academy.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Management), a Masters of Education, a Diploma of Financial Planning, and Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. John Le Mesurier

John brings a wealth of business, management, IT, consultancy and training experience to many of the professional development courses on offer at CCE. This experience has included senior corporate and general management roles in American, British and Chinese multinationals, as well as consultancies for several leading UK and Irish management firms. His consulting projects have covered advanced practice studies in leadership, sales & customer service processes, strategic sourcing, human resource models and organisational issues. Darren has worked in a diverse range of roles in both the public and private sectors and has been running a successful consultancy for over 15 years. His key areas of expertise are training and assessment design and delivery, human resource management, management and leadership, strategic, operational and project management, and change management.

He assists clients in developing more effective project management approaches and systems. He has also been involved in operational and strategic planning as a manager and later in his career as a consultant. In particular, he has played a key role in a range of strategic and cultural change programs.

He has designed learning programs for clients such as the Australian Institute of Management, NSW Health, NSW Police Force, Kaplan International, Nikon, Coty International, Jemena Gas, CPB, Tyco, and Westpac. Josto Luzzu

Josto was born in Sardinia, Italy. He graduated from Rome University in Chinese studies, holds a Double Master’s degree in International Relations from Peking University, and in International History from the London School of Economics. He is currently undertaking his Ph.D. in Gender and Cultural Studies at the University of Sydney.

Josto first taught Italian in Italy to migrants as a volunteer. Teaching Italian soon became his passion and he decided to consolidate his knowledge through an intensive course for teaching Italian as second language and obtaining the second level of the DITALS certificate. Josto then spent several years' abroad teaching in China, England, Laos, and Australia.

Josto has numerous interests which include figure skating, camping, reading, travelling and playing piano. He speaks four languages and believes that learning a language is a journey of discovery. His classes are set up to guide students through this journey, in a humorous, relaxed and creative environment, where they can explore and map their linguistic improvements through numerous activities and games.
