Darren has worked in a diverse range of roles in both the public and private sectors and has been running a successful consultancy for over 15 years. His key areas of expertise are training and assessment design and delivery, human resource management, management and leadership, strategic, operational and project management, and change management.

He assists clients in developing more effective project management approaches and systems. He has also been involved in operational and strategic planning as a manager and later in his career as a consultant. In particular, he has played a key role in a range of strategic and cultural change programs.

He has designed learning programs for clients such as the Australian Institute of Management, NSW Health, NSW Police Force, Kaplan International, Nikon, Coty International, Jemena Gas, CPB, Tyco, and Westpac. He has facilitated numerous training programs, demonstrating his ability to engage diverse audiences.

Darren's qualifications showcase his commitment to professional development. He holds a Master's degree in Education, a Graduate Diploma in HR Management, and multiple diplomas in project management, vocational education, training and assessment, WHS, and leadership.
