Jill is a highly experienced leadership facilitator and trainer. She has over 15 years of specialist leadership facilitation and training experience across a wide range of organisations including LinkedIn, Defence, Google, TfNSW, Metro, Sydney Trains, Sydney University, The Salvation Army, NAB, Harvey Norman, NBN, NSW Institute of Sport, Climate Council and many others.

Jill has strong insight into the unique challenges and complexity of leadership, in her capacity as a facilitator and trainer, as well as having held senior leadership roles. She is also an experienced international and national public speaker on the topic of collective leadership. 

Jill holds a BA DipEd from Macquarie University and is a Master Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She has a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Australian Institute of Coaching and is certified and accredited as a practitioner with The Leadership Circle (TLC). Additionally, Jill completed Team Coaching with David Clutterbuck, a Systemic Leadership Certification with Leading Well, Co-Relate conflict resolution training with Deep Democracy, and the Moving Questions program.
