Dr Omid Kavehei’s (MC design expert) research in the field of nanoelectronics aims to lead to the development of a new breed of tiny intelligent devices to collectively emulate this capability in hardware more closely than ever. Such devices are expected to be able to solve a wide range of issues involving sensory perception. He has established relationships and connections with fabless integrated circuit (IC) design companies such as Perceptia Devices and foundries such as GlobalFoundries and CMP in France. He is an expert in digital IC design, microelectronics, neuromorphic IC design and biomedical AI. As a Senior Lecturer (Assistant Professor) within the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies, Dr Kavehei has over 40 publications and 840 citations in the field of IC design as well as a strong track record in reviewing and editing cutting-edge research in this space.Brett Kaye

Dr Avril Keely grew up and began her teaching career in Dublin. For nine years, she was Director of Postgraduate Studies at the Sydney College of Divinity. Currently Researcher for the Diocese of Parramatta, she is the author of Dixon of Botany: the Convict Priest from Wexford and Lot One: St Patrick’s Parramatta. She has recently delivered papers at international medieval conferences in Budapest and Bristol and has presented courses in Irish History, Irish Language and medieval France.Shannan Keen

Ms Shannan Keen is a successful business woman, has a degree in Psychology with a major in Philosophy and a MSc in Brain & Mind Sciences. She completes her Neuroscience PhD(at the Brain & Mind Research Institute, University of Sydney) in 2014. Her experience in business and her knowledge of psychology and neuroscience are brought to bear on the content of her seminars. Shannan and Dr Jason Gallate (PhD Neuroscience) together deliver lectures and seminars on the Neuroscience of Creativity to postgraduate students at Sydney University, schools and Business Colleges. Dr Ina Kehrberg read Classical & Near Eastern Archaeology at the University of Sydney and completed her postgraduate studies in Eastern Mediterranean Archaeology. She worked over 30 years in Jordan, in particular at Jarash where she co-directed and collaborated with several long-term archaeological projects. As associate director she was awarded the Harvard/White-Levy grant for the publications of the 'Jarash Hippodrome Excavations 1984-1996 directed by Dr Antoni Ostrasz. Her other main projects are the Roman City Walls Excavations and the Archaeological Studies of the Upper Zeus Temple Excavations in which she collaborated with the French Archaeological Institute. She returned to Sydney in 2004 where she received Hon. Sen. Fellowships with the Dept of Anc. Hist. & Classics at Macquarie University and the University of Sydney.Amelia Kelly

Amelia Kelly has a Bachelor of Visual Arts (First Class Honours) from the University of South Australia and a PhD through Sydney College of the Arts, the University of Sydney. She is a practicing photomedia artist, has undertaken several art residencies nationally and internationally, and writes and presents talks on contemporary art, particularly performance art, photography and identity politics. Michael Kelly is a highly experienced personal communication speaker and trainer. Michael has been coaching and training leaders for more than 20 years. He loves helping leaders ‘own’ any type of interaction, encounter, meeting and presentation through how they listen, speak, present, handle, carry and conduct themselves.
Michael believes the best leaders lead by example. He believes the best leaders, are highly self-aware of themselves and how they are perceived by others.
Michael holds a Master of Science degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Redlands in Redlands, California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Worcester Stage College in Worcester, Massachusetts.
With former Premier of New South Wales, Bob Carr, Michael has produced the popular audio programme, Choice Voice - Lessons from great speaking voices. He has also produced a novel video learning programme entitled, Confident Personal Communication.
