Mark is the CEO of Management Software Design Pty Ltd, a management and information technology consulting and training organisation that provides services in strategic management, project management, business agility, business analysis and IT service management. Clients include IBM Australia, QANTAS, Apple, Macquarie Bank, TAFE NSW, the University of NSW and Western Sydney University.

Mark also has a keen interest in aviation and holds an Australian and American Airline Transport Pilot Licence.
