Dr Melissa Bordogna is an internationally known speaker, educator, consultant and a 2x nationally award-winning learning designer. Over the last 23 years, Melissa has worked with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, universities, not-for-profit institutions as well as numerous small to medium-sized enterprises producing measurable results through strategic learning and development projects.
As the founder of KatalysisX, Dr Bordogna and her team have spent the last several years, researching, developing and now testing models for the Future of Work (FoW), the Inner Odyssey, leadership program, as well as creating FoW learning programs to prepare individuals and workforces with the future capabilities (Futurebilities©) needed to successfully navigate this transitional period. Melissa is also the General Manager & Principal Learning Designer for Global Educational Network Technologies Pty Ltd (GEdNeT) which provides educational consulting, learning design, development and delivery services.

Kelly Borg is currently the Coordinator of Year Two at The Scots College Preparatory School. With ten years of teaching experience, Kelly is passionate about fostering a love of questioning and exploration in children. Having worked in a variety of contexts including Sydney and London, it is her involvement in the NSW Culture of Thinking Collaborative Network which has fuelled her interest in this contemporary way of teaching and learning. Both Kelly & Lisa have presented alongside Ron Ritchard, research associate at Project Zero, Harvard Graduate School of Education, whose research has focused on understanding, supporting and helping to develop the kinds of thoughtful learning environments that support powerful learning for both students and teachers. Natalia Borisova gained her Bachelor of Communications & International Relations from the University of Malta, followed by a more specialist degree in Asian and International Studies from the University of Western Sydney, where she also received a Masters degree in Business and Commerce. Natalia is currently studying and seeking a Masters of International Relations and Public Policy at the University of NSW, as well as working on a research paper in Japanese Studies. During her studies, she has tutored undergraduates both within the degree structure and privately, and she also holds a temporary lectureship at the University of International Studies in Moscow. Carolina is a Colombian Spanish teacher who moved to Australia in 2016 from her hometown, Bogotá. She is passionate about languages and her knowledge of different levels of Spanish, English, German, Portuguese and French helps her to understand her students' language learning journey. Carolina holds a BA in Modern Languages and a Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics (Spanish) from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Colombia. Between 2011 to 2015, she worked at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana teaching English and Spanish.
Since moving to Australia, Carolina has worked as a private tutor and Spanish teacher at the Adelaide Spanish School and Exploring Spanish SA, as well as the University of Adelaide and Flinders University in various roles. As a volunteer, she has been actively involved in the Spanish Teachers' Association of South Australia as president, committee member and workshop presenter.
Carolina enjoys helping students accomplish their goals by making her classes fun and engaging, whilst covering important concepts needed to learn a new language. As travelling is one of her main passions, she enjoys learning about other cultures and sharing this information with her classes.
Kassandra Bossell

Kassandra attained two degrees from The University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Arts (1986) in the humanities and a Bachelor of Visual Arts (1990), majoring in Sculpture, Installation and Performance. She has exhibited in Sydney, Melbourne and Berlin since 1990. She has completed professional commissions in a broad range of mediums including work for the 2006 Asian Games, Powerhouse Museum, Opera Australia, Sydney Olympic Games 2000, Old Parliament House, Melbourne Museum, Fox Studios and Sydney International Airport. Roger Boulton is the Stephen Scott Professor of Enology and Chemical Engineering in the Department of Viticulture and Enology at the University of California, Davis. He is the author or co-author of more than 90 publications on the theory and practical application of chemical engineering principles to winemaking. He and three colleagues are the authors of the Principles and Practices of Winemaking, which is now translated into Chinese, Spanish and Italian editions and was awarded the OIV le Prix en Oenologie in 1998. His scientific interests range from the physical and chemical stability of wine, to process technologies and winery design and he is an international consultant in winery design, winemaking practices and the production of distilled spirits.
Professor Boulton was awarded his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne in 1976. He was awarded the Stephen Sinclair Scott Endowed Chair in 2000, named the Honorary Research Lecturer in 2004 and James Guymon Lecturer in 2007 by the American Society for Enology and Viticulture and has received the Outstanding Paper of the Year award of the American Journal of Enology and Viticulture on four occasions. In 2000 he was named one of the “50 most influential people in the US wine industry”. In 2010 he was selected for the Award of Distinction by the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at the University of California, Davis. He is a member of the Jurade de St. Emilion.
Stephen Bourke

Stephen Bourke holds a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Sydney and a PhD from London University. He is the director of two current University of Sydney archaeological projects in Jordan: those at Pella and at Teleilat Ghassul (where he has been directing two seasons of renewed excavations between 1994-95). Dr Bourke is currently Australian Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Archaeology Classics and Ancient History at Sydney University. Dr Stephen Bourke has been working in the field of Middle Eastern Archaeology for thirty years. One of his particular interests is the significance of Eastern Mediterranean cultures (specifically the Phoenicians) in shaping the history and culture of the Western Mediterranean lands (specifically the Neo-Punic and North African Roman).James Bourne

James Bourne is an experienced language teacher with NAATI accreditation as a French-English translator. James lived for many years in Paris, teaching and working with theatre companies such as the Theatre du Chatelet, Opera de Bastille, Le Chaudron and La Cite Universitaire. James has taught with the Alliance Francaise and is working on the second in a series of independent learning books on French language, through Pennant Software.Rebecca Bowman

Rebecca Bowman completed her Bachelor of Teaching (Humanities) / Bachelor of Arts (History) through Australian Catholic University and her Masters of Special Education (with Honours) through University of Wollongong. Upon completion of her undergraduate degrees, Rebecca taught at Westfields Sports High School as a HSIE teacher, Rowing Coach and Year Advisor.
Rebecca is currently Assistant Principal at Rivendell School and has worked at the school for the last 9 years. Rivendell is a joint Department of Education /Department of Health facility that focuses on the psychological health of young people and their families. Rivendell School provides the educational programs for these young people. She has worked in all programs at the school. An essential part her role involves daily communication with therapeutic and clinical staff. This collaboration has provided Rebecca with strategies on how to support students with a variety of diagnoses such as; Anxiety, Depression, Bi-Polar Disorder, Behaviour Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Psychosis, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
As Assistant Principal she is responsible for supervising teaching, non-teaching and specialist staff of all ages along with mentoring beginning teachers and experienced staff new to working in the field of Special Education. She is experienced in conducting professional development sessions to teaching and support staff in public and private schools. These sessions aim to promote an understanding of mental health and increase staff capacity to support students who staff feel are challenging to work with.
She has also worked closely with Welfare teams in schools to facilitate the smooth reintegration of students back into a main stream setting. This includes the development and refinement of plans to support students and provide strategies for staff. It also includes the ongoing support to ensure that students are successful in their post Rivendell Placement. Rebecca is also a committee member of the newly formed SpeEd Network. This group is aimed at working with teachers and SLSOs to increase awareness of Special Education.
