Her career highlights include designing a project management framework in the UAE that continues to deliver value more than eight years later, achieving a 100% pass rate for her first student cohorts, and leading an international accreditation project ahead of schedule that directly secured a multimillion-dollar contract. As one of only 80 Chartered Project Professionals (ChPP) in Australia, Marion combines deep technical expertise with a genuine passion for mentoring and capability building.
