Kerrie Yates is a highly experienced Training & Development Consultant with a career spanning over two decades. She specialises in designing strategies, providing training, developing assessment tools, and offering mediation services to a diverse range of organisations in the public and private sectors. Kerrie is recognised for her expertise in change management, workplace health and safety, performance management, and workplace relations. She has worked closely with clients from various industries, including government, telecommunications, technology, automotive, construction, and healthcare, building long-term relationships and developing organisational development strategies that address their unique needs.

Kerrie's extensive experience also includes roles as the Management Development Coordinator at Central Coast Health Service, where she was responsible for management program coordination and development.  She later took on the role of Change Management Coordinator for the Redevelopment project. Kerrie's impressive career also includes positions as Human Resource Development Officer at Princess Alexandra Hospital & District Health Service and roles as an Industrial Officer for State Services Federation and the Association of Professional Engineers and Scientists.

Kerrie's educational journey is marked by a variety of qualifications, including a Diploma of Leadership and Management, Certificate IV in Government, Accredited Mediator (LEADR), Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, and a Diploma of Government (Management) from the Australian Institute of Management. Her graduate qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Business (Industrial Relations), a Graduate Diploma of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts, showcasing her well-rounded expertise. Kerrie's career is a testament to her dedication to personal and organisational development, consistently delivering positive results for her clients.
