Her extensive background includes working with clients from various sectors, including public, private, and not-for-profit. She has worked with individuals ranging from beginners to advanced users and has developed a large variety of course materials during that time.

One of Cathy's notable achievements is her 20-year tenure in TAFE, NSW, where she worked and managed an Information Technology Section, as well as having extensive experience in project management. During her time at TAFE, she also facilitated Workplace Training and Assessment course units, helping numerous clients gain positions in their chosen field in the IT industry. This experience showcases her commitment to helping learners achieve their career goals.
